Hospital services recommended. I went to channel a doctor. My vehicle parked 1.05 hrs. They chargedRs. 100/= . Earlier... they were not charged for 1st hour. Unsatisfied with the car park charges.read more

Asiri is far better than any other private hospital in Kandy except for the WELLNESS section. I recently took my mom to... asiri wellness for physiotherapy several times. They wouldn't give you a time slot, nor inform you when the physiotherapist arrives.. Sometimes I spend 2-3 hours waiting for out turn. You basically have to SIT IN THE CAR PARK And the vehicles pass by patients!! There are only 4 chairs for all the patients and rest of them roam around near parked vehicles. Asiri health needs to improve their service and facilities for their wellness section. Give time slots to the patients please.read more

This is the most inconvenient hospital in Kandy. It took them almost 2 hours to get a patient admitted, even after... getting the Covid19 rapid antigen test negative. Took them about 4 hours to check the BP and to follow the basic admission procedure.Discharge from the hospital took more than 6 hours. The doctor recommended the discharge at around 10am, but the final bill was not ready until 5pm. Extremely inconvenient and slow service. Even government hospitals provide faster service than this bunch.Rooms were comfortable, and staff was friendly. That's the only plus side of this place.read more

Don't take patients for any emergency. They don't give the admission and ask you to go to the Kandy General Hospital... after wasting some time. Staff does not have required skills,knowledge and training to handle any serious situation. Good for minor services like Channelling, blood testing, etc... but expensive.read more

This should be more of a complaint against the Consultants/doctors than against the Hospital. Today the doctor was... scheduled to come at 11.30am ended up arriving at 1.20pm.The digital sign board was flashing "as scheduled" from the time I entered the place. This shouldn't be the case as I saw many patients were inconvenienced and were distressed of the situation. But helpless. After all those education if we are not punctual, I see there is a huge flaw somewhere in the system. Please take this positively and let's work towards improving the situation. This is not the first time I have been through this. Hence I think Hospital should take measures to arrest this situation or the blame will slowly turn towards the hospital.read more

Avoid this place as much as possible. Bad customer service. Two staff scolded a patient today in front of everyone,... which was too shocking. I made a complaint too. But no response still. Do Not Go there. I’ve friends who lost their loved ones due to the negligence of the staff here. Too rude to the patients always. Would go to the general hospital hereafter. Same customer service 😂read more

X-Ray room is very disappointing. Room staff do not follow the que and people have to wait hours for X-Rays. They take... X-RAYS without any order, and people they know at first. Very disappointed.Overall a good clean hospital.read more

Spacious new tidy hospital. Staff is polite but not much experienced and they are careless. Staff nurses confidently do... wrong decisions and escape when the thing goes wrong without nothing happened. If you can depend on your consultant it is ok to admit here. Be careful not to channel the consultants suggested by the hospital as they are careless. Overall a good hospital but a lot to improve. Good parking space.read more
