Very bad customer service.compromise more money at the last moment.package doesnt contain services they have mentioned... before.they dont give a respect for customers opinion ,just do whatever they want.awful service.dont recommend at allread more

Very poor, uneducated and narrow minded people. Unfriendly workers humiliate customers as they think very ingenious of... customers. They also compromise customers by asking more money at the last moment. Highly not recommended.read more

We stayed for two days at Hotel Grand Camelia.To be frank , for the price we paid it was worth a stay. We took a deluxe... room ,which was spacious with a large washroom and costly bed. Only thing there wasn’t a balcony but the view from the room was picturesque. The entire place was well maintained and clean. The staff was very supportive and helpful,whenever we asked or tell them do something, they did it right away.Due to the Covid situation they only provided us with breakfast which was a buffet. Lunch and Dinner had to be taken from outside. Anyway we didn’t mind it at all .Because we were most of the time out during the day .This hotel is closer to the town, Gregory lake and moon plains.read more

Never recommend this place. They confirmed the booking earlier but refused the booking on day before the wedding day

Definitely 1 start. Will not recommend to anyone. My wife went there once. It seems owner lady was very rude and she... does what she wants without listening to the clients. Also they don't do a good job when it comes to dressing and make up. 👎read more
