You will use variety of tools and resources to find suitable candidates, track their progress with our application tracking system, and assist with our onboarding management after hiring. You will work with each department to develop innovative recruitment strategies and create a ready talent pool.
Qualifications & Experience
- Professional Qualification in Human Resources from a reputed Institute.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with ethics and cultural awareness.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office suite and comfortable in learning new technical systems as needed.
- Minimum of 3-4 years relevant experience.
- Tech hiring/ BPM Industry exposure will be an added advantage.
