Booking Feature

1. Types of Bookings Offered

• Online Booking Setup: Free or paid bookings for services like café tables, real estate, etc.
• Experiences Booking Setup: Only paid bookings for tours, workshops, etc.
• Events Booking Setup: Allows businesses to list events such as shows, exhibitions, or meetups.
  Supports both free and paid bookings. (Included in free plan too)

2. For Business Owners

• Booking is available for Premium Plan subscribers only
• 10% service fee on successful paid bookings
• Free bookings have no charge
• Payouts are processed monthly
• Service fee may change without notice
• Business owners must manage bookings properly

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancelled within 24 hours: Full refund
• After 24 hours: No refund or rescheduling
• If cancelled by provider: Full refund to customer, 20% fee deducted from provider’s future payouts
• All refunds handled by CeylonPages

4. For Customers

• CeylonPages is a booking facilitator
• We don’t guarantee service quality
• Businesses are responsible for what they offer
• No refunds for dissatisfaction unless covered under the cancellation policy
• Customers should review listings before booking
• Late cancellations/no-shows = no refund

5. Acceptance of Terms

By using our booking system, both parties accept all terms listed. Terms may be updated anytime without notice.

Reservation of Rights

We may request removal of links and update terms anytime. By linking, you agree to these terms.

Coupon Management System

CeylonPages provides a coupon management system that allows business owners to list promotional coupons on our platform. This feature is available to all users, including those on both Free and Premium plans. Business owners can create and display coupons at no cost, and the business owner will automatically receive an email notification each time a customer claims one of the coupons they’ve submitted through the coupon form.

Once a business submits a coupon, our team will review the details before publishing. Upon approval, the coupon will be displayed on the business’s individual listing page as well as on a separate public coupon page. Coupons can be shared in the form of a coupon code or QR code, based on the preference of the business owner.

To redeem a coupon, customers may be required to provide a valid email address or phone number. This information is used solely to verify that a real person is claiming the offer. Additional verification methods may be used at our discretion.

Disclaimer: CeylonPages functions solely as a platform to facilitate the listing and promotion of coupons. We are not affiliated with or financially involved in the discount amounts or offers made by business owners.
We do not guarantee that a listed business will honor the coupon or discount as advertised. If a customer experiences an issue where a business fails to provide the promised discount, they are encouraged to contact us through the Contact Us form with full details.

If the complaint is found to be valid, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including removing or blacklisting the business from our platform.

Custom Email Newsletters

The Custom Email Newsletter service is available exclusively to business owners subscribed to a Premium plan on CeylonPages and currently allows up to five (5) promotions per business per month. This limit may be increased or decreased at any time without prior notice. By submitting a promotion, you agree to the following terms: All submitted content (including text, images, and links) must be accurate, legally owned or licensed, and reflect a genuine promotion currently offered by your business. CeylonPages reserves the right to review, edit, or reject any submission based on relevance, quality, or platform standards. Minor edits may be made for grammar, clarity, or formatting. Once scheduled, campaigns cannot be edited unless exceptional circumstances apply. While we strive to maximize campaign visibility and engagement, we do not guarantee specific performance metrics such as views, clicks, or conversions. Only one promotion per business can be active at a time, and similar or duplicate submissions may be delayed or combined. You are solely responsible for fulfilling any promotions published through this service, and CeylonPages is not liable for disputes or losses resulting from your offer. By submitting, you also grant us permission to feature your business and content across our platform and promotional channels.

CeylonPages features promotional offers submitted by verified business owners listed on our platform. While we review each submission for accuracy and presentation, the respective business is solely responsible for the pricing, availability, terms, and fulfillment of any promotion. CeylonPages does not sell or handle payments related to these offers – we simply provide the promotional service to help connect businesses with customers. For any questions or issues regarding a specific promotion, please contact the business directly.

Removal of Links

If you find any link objectionable, contact us. We will consider requests but have no obligation to remove or reply. We don’t guarantee website content accuracy or availability.

Content Liability

We are not responsible for any content on your site. You agree to defend us from claims arising from your content. No links may appear with libelous or illegal content.

Disclaimer
