What Happens After a Booking Request? (Approval Process)

  1. Notification to Business Owner: You will receive a message on the Ceylonpages website about the request.
  2. Approve the Request: Review the request details (customer info, date/time, service, explanation, and price) and approve it via the website. You may want to contact the client if their explanation requires further details before you can commit.
  3. Notification to Customer: Upon your approval, the customer will receive an email and an in-app message confirming their service booking.
  4. Next Steps: You and the client can move forward with the agreed requirements at the scheduled date and time.
