This guide will walk you through setting up two types of free consultation bookings:

• Free Consultation Booking (Day Based): Perfect for consultations that span entire days or for when you want to book a specific number of clients per day without fixed time slots.
• Free Consultation Booking (Time Based): Ideal for scheduling appointments at specific times throughout your available days.

1. Free Consultation Booking (Day Based)

This option allows clients to book consultations for one or more full days.

A. Setting Up Your Day-Based Free Consultation (For Business Owners)

• Availability: Define how many days into the future your calendar should show for bookings.
• Buffer Period: Set a gap before or after bookings (e.g., 1-day buffer).
• Quantity Per Day: Specify max consultations per day (e.g., 5).
• Date Booking Rules:
  • Book Dates Individually: Allow clients to book one specific day.
  • Set Minimum and Maximum Range Length: Allow clients to book multiple days (e.g., min 3 days, max 7 days).
• Exclude Days of the Week: Block off days like weekends.
• Exclude Specific Dates: Block off specific dates like holidays.
• Available Services:
  • Set title, optional subheading, image, and bulk booking settings.
• Services Detailed Explanation: If you need to explain the services you provide in detail, use this space. Be sure to use the same labels as listed under ‘Available Services’.

2. Free Consultation Booking (Time Based)

This option allows clients to book specific time slots.
