Unique experience and the boat ride to the island from the mainland was fun. Was quiet a hideaway. The hotel uses... in-house generated electricity. One of the unique experiences you can get in the North-Western Part of Sri Lanka. It is an eco-friendly project which... gives you luxury camping in private island vibes.There are three spacious tents for the entire private island with proper areas to dine in and hang around.Entrance to the island is only through a boat where the hosts pick and drop you during the visit.You will experience the typical Kalpitiya climate throughout and they facilitate all the essential activities such as Dolphin Watching, Kite Surfing, Mud Crab Hunting at night, Snorkeling, etc.You can also dip in the lagoon or go to the beach from the boat too.The staff is really helpful and the food was remarkable. Make sure to try out the variety of lagoon and seafood options they offer, which are fresh and delicious.The overall value for money here is for the unique Kalpitiya private stay experience along with related activities. Would recommend it for families and couples with a minimum of 2 nights' stay.read more

We spent 3 fantastic days there.Luxury camping with great food in a secluded location. Wild donkeys roaming around,... while the staff ensures that you enjoy every moment.Options to go whale watching, kite surfing, Safari, etc nearby.Only 3 tents (max 9 guests) make it a very exclusive place. Can only recommend this also very eco-friendly place.read more
