Description

The Fazly’s opened their first restaurant in year 2000 and set out to serve only the highest quality food, fulfill their Guest’s every request and make sure everyone who walked in the door felt like family. Since then they have expanded their guest dining area to a little larger size and earned a reputation of 1000 of customers a day.

Great place with variety of burgers and submarines for a reasonable price in the heart of colombo.

Only concern is parking as we are required to park on the street which is paid parking, however you can stop the vehicle and order from the vehicle and enjoy the meal as a waiter would come to the vehicle for orders (which is not that common in CMB)

I recently visited Fazly’s Halal Refreshment late at night, and it was an experience worth sharing! Despite the late hour, the place was buzzing with energy, and I was excited to try their famous burgers.

The burger I ordered was nothing short of amazing—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The portion size was generous, and the ingredients were fresh. You could tell a lot of care went into crafting each burger. The crispy fries on the side were the perfect complement.

What really stood out was the friendly and efficient service, even late at night. The staff was welcoming, and my order was prepared quickly despite the number of people there. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed, making it a great spot to hang out with friends or grab a bite after a long day.

Amazing food! Ordered through Uber eats and everything was a good price and the delivery was perfect. We ordered two burgers with chips and a hot dog with chips and everything was hot, tasty, good portioned and all round delicious!
Everything is halal which is perfect for myself and my family :)

I visited Fazly's Halal Refreshment in Colombo last month during a late-night trip. The place is very busy, and there's no space during peak times, so we had to wait. The waiters don't seem to care much for customers. While the food is delicious, the prices are too high for a street shop, and the restroom is not clean

One of the most popular places for fast food in Colombo. They serve some great burgers and submarines with the freshest ingredients. Try once you'll want to go back for more. The restaurant is upstairs but they have service to your car as well.

Never thought this place I used to dine would disappoint me. Had a recent experience where I had their so called submarine was so kinda wet guess the bread was old not sure. Their cheapest submarine is 1400, would personally rather choose Dinemore Subs. End up having a small strawberry milkshake for 650/= no worth at all a complete rip off.

Parking can be a little difficult during rush hours. Seating space available upstairs.
Lots of eating options available. The price is affordable.

I ordered a Chicken Submarine. Got the order quickly. The taste of the submarine was very good, and it was worth the money.
But the waiter who served us wasn't that much respectful. Yes, I can understand that they were busy with plenty of customers, but surely he could have done more. He showed us only one menu where there were their normal meals. Due to the Ramadan season, they had another so-called "feast" menu also, but the waiter didn't bother to show us that one. I saw it when I was about to leave the place. He wasn't that much respectful even when he took my card to pay the bill. I suppose other people of this place aren't like that. But everyone should be trained well to treat their customers.
As the meal was good, I hope to try their other dishes also in the near future.

Food tastes is good creamy for some reason fries texture is weird. But the shawarma is good
Portion is okay for the price (not great but okay with the on going inflation)

*Only cash payment* this is the sad part about this place.
*Have a single washroom in the dining areas (upstairs)
*They have some vegetarian options but they're more into non vegetarian options
*Parking is all about the time, in day time and rush hours you won't find parking space near the area. But at night time you'll find some place to park.
*Dining areas don't have access to wheelchairs but you can have the food to your vehicle
