Fashion Bug was founded in 1994 in Bandarawela with a 7 member team. The first shop being a mere 300 square feet building in the heart of Bandarawela town. Today, Fashion Bug has evolved into a household brand that boasts of 16 outlets island-wide. When Fashion Bug opened doors 24 years ago amidst the chilly town of Bandarawela in a 300 square foot shop space, little did we know that we were about to embark on an inspiring journey to the pinnacle of fashion retail in Sri Lanka. A truly Sri Lankan brand in essence, Fashion Bug empowers over 2000 small and medium size Sri Lankan entrepreneurs, taking pride in providing the latest clothing, accessories and household product designs to the ever changing modern consumer.
