Balaji Dosai is a unique, concept restaurant in the heart of Kandy, a beautiful heritage city in the hills of the Central region of Sri Lanka. We are an Indian Restaurant been in operation for 10 years serving the local and tourists and we ensure that each guest receives prompt, professional, friendly and courteous service. To maintain a clean, comfortable and well maintained premises for our guests and staff. To provide at a fair price – nutritional, well-prepared meals – using only quality ingredients. To ensure that all guests and staff are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. To thank each guest for the opportunity to serve them. By maintaining these objectives of delivering fresh, healthy and quality food for a reasonable price our restaurant sought to grow at a very steep and steady stream. Fast forward 10 years and Balaji Group (Pvt) Ltd. has 05 Indian Restaurants in Kandy and surrounding suburbs, with it’s goal of turning it’s main venture of business into a chain of restaurants all around Sri Lanka. We shall be assured of a fair profit that will allow us to contribute to the community we serve.
