Description
Nanuoya Waterfall is situated in Nanu Oya in the Nuwara Eliya district, just 6 km away from Nuwara Eliya. It is 60 meters high and cascades down a sequence of 25 steps. The falls join the Kotmale and Mahaweli rivers and creates a very scenic view of nature.
The water of Nanuoya Waterfall flows through the Udaradella and Bambarakelle areas, starting from the Nanu Oya (River) and going up to the fall. Nanuoya Waterfall can be seen from the main road and is a beautiful waterfall in Sri Lanka.
Take the road by the railway station and travel about 1.5 km on this route to reach Nanuoya Waterfall.

A waterfall that catch the sight of the visitors to drive having a bath , but be careful when having a bath. As it very slippery and rocks filled with mosses, please take care of yourself.

A good olden family owned restaurant still maintains the same standards.Very nice & clean specially known for its sri lankan short eats & bakery products.Prices are reasonable & very good customer service food is served in quick time.

If you are passing nanu oya,Take a litte time to vist this beautiful waterfall.very attractive and you can see the railway bridge also situated across the waterfalls..It is surrounded by tea state and it us situated few metera away from the main road and near to the railway station

10km From Nuweriya Town and 2km From Nanuoya Town To reach this beautiful waterfall.And There is No good Ponds For Better Bath 1 or 2 Ponds are There Also Water is to much cold to BathThat Train bridge is awesome when a train passing we are on fall its to much cute to t click a photo

Beautiful place. Located in Nanuoya. If you are drive to Nuwara Eliya from Hatton you have to turn left in front of Nanuoya post office. The road is very small however easily can reach to place within 5min.
