We visited on the 12th of October 2021 for 2 nights booking the entire property of 6 rooms. We immediately cancelled... and return the very next day.Negligence by the owners for reopening the property post lockdown by not doing a test run first. Do not drive down that 6km jungle track unless you own an SUV (our jeep silencer hit badly on rocks)The staff will come and pick you up on an SUV.Dinner was served to certain people at 9 pm. Certain others at 11pm. Elderly people went to sleep. The f&b manager mohamed said it was our fault because we ordered at 6pm and they had only 2 kitchen staff. He simply ruined it for us by keeping on saying "almost done" from 8.30pm.It was their manager Ruban who handled the situation by apologising individually about the delays. Brilliant service from him and a few others.In order to compensate they provided sandwiches the following day to take on our way. They did this because they could not provide garlic bread and cheese toast the previous night for dinner. After 11pm they realised they did not have it, which was the reason they gave us.The WiFi was utterly not working, we could not login onto a simple cricinfo website as there was no data coverage. We were informed that trees were overgrown, therefore the coverage was not available. Certain chalets had no GSM coverage for even phone calls. Complete negligence by the management.Only huge plus was the service of certain tea members called Ashen and their manager Ruban. They tried their level best to sort things.The rooms and washrooms were top notch had saunas. Certain room Jacuzzis weren't working and the path to the 3rd chalet was in complete darkness, due to electrcity failure. We were the scapegoats post lockdown to face this all this.Will never ever recommend this place unless you want to go into the wilderness with zero connectivity outside. Do pack up some extra food prior to going there as they may starve you to death and then feed you 3 or 4 items from their set menu.We informed them about how they ruined our trip but zero compensation was made.read more

A great place to have a relaxed time with your family and friends. Getting there could be bit difficult with broken... roads. Recommend to get there at day time if it possible at least for the first time. Facilities and food are up to the standard. A natural pool from a waterfall is located behind the accommodation.read more
