Had excellent experience. ATM and cash deposit machines are available. very efficient and quick service from inhouse staff. highly recommend.

Service is excellent from bank staff that's why I give 5 stars.Main issue is vehicle parking. Bank parking space is block by Main bus stop. Kadugannawe,Pothtapitiya,Pilimathalawa buses are waiting there between 5-10 minutes for passengers because of that bank customers are struggling to get in and out most of the time. My mother in law (physically disabled) doesn't like to go there because of this problem.As well reputed Bank in Sri Lanka they need to find a solution for that.We don't want to waste our time in vain.

Staff quite friendly and helpful, but parking space very poor. even security staff not arrange space for customers. all the time blocked by uneducated private bus drivers.

These two good for nothing guards should be instructed to watch the parking lot instead of holding hands inside the AC
