My self, husband and two kids booked a villa to stay on half board basis on April 16th 2021. Hotel premises was... charming, with full of nature's blessings...But the management seems to be absurd, we got the booked villa around 5.30pm after inquiring several times, and they were not worried to give us a call before arriving to inform the delay and atleast management was not polite enough to apologize for the mistake. What they told was "the previous guests had a late check out!"Though the place is a nature resort even by its name, there was a group of about 20 on that day, making lot of noise! Some loud music even at the pool! I personally think management should reconsider this type of behavior, allowing the nature lovers to enjoy a nature resort.Food was average and ground staff was friendly trying to give a maximum service but seems to be struggling with less staff.Any way this was our second visit to this place, with lovely memories of 12 years back, but surely there won't be a third visit!read more

We have been to Tree Of Life Hotel some years ago and were very happy with the place and service. Decided to visit... again, but was disappointed as room and washroom were not very clean, and there was a musty smell in the room and we had to tell them to clean again when we entered. I understand, that the hotel had been closed for sometime due to Covid, but it would be good if before guests arrive everything is cleaned well and thoroughly checked. Food of course was really good and very tasty. The nature around the hotel has always been my favourite, when visiting this place and enjoyed my long walks around the property. The staff were very good and very helpful, specially the restaurant staff 👍read more

Giving 4 star rating because everything in there is nice except service. Nice place to walk, cycling. Good looking... rooms with every facility. BUT there service is dull. Not very much nice to guest. Didn't respond quickly. Forget to keep spoons, water.. Disappointed !!!read more

Long story short, Jetwing Lake is a wonderful hotel and highly recommend for a unforgettable experience. We went for... our honeymoon and they provided friendly service. All the staff members were very friendly and eager to help as possible. The food was awesome and nothing to complain. Even if they didn't have buffet there was a good variation of tasty food. The view from the hotel is super and the cost is very reasonable compared to other 5 star hotels in the area. Hotel environment is beautiful and there are good places for photography. The rooms were well cleaned and spacious. The staff follows Covid-19 health guidelines very carefully and provide a safe stay for guests. Great hospitality and incredible staff and management, they all truly make you feel VERY special and appreciated. My... mom and I spend 2 weeks here and did Ayurveda - the program has a lot to offer and treatments are great. The jungle setting is very peaceful and although not a birdwatcher, we greatly enjoyed the variety of birds we watched during breakfast, lunch, and walks.It is a little far out, but the perfect place to find peace, rejuvenated, and reset from a stressful life at home (Germany & US).read more
