The Sterling Aftercare Guarantee was introduced by Sterling Japan, a decade ago, to address the dearth of after sales service providers for automobiles that are imported to Sri Lanka by independent vehicle importers.

Due to Covid 19 there are some limitations.Otherwise it is a good place to go and get service your vehicle.They had a... nice customer waiting room.(now it is closed due to Covid ).Earlier they did a full service in about 3.5- 4 hours.but yesterday I had to wait 9am to 4.30pm.may due to Covid situation.but little bit embarrassing.But their work is excellent.Advisers and rest of the staff very good.read more

An utter waste of time.They very professionally provide us with an appointment but shamelessly keep idling more than... an hour.Upon inquiry the staff avoids saying that they cannot help with it.They take more than 05 hours just for a normal service and an oil change.Very drastic customer service for a so called reputed name.Please get yours done elsewhere which is not disguised by a system but do the same service quicker.read more

Great staff. Quality service. Better if you can make an appointment in advance. You can wait in the waiting area... enjoying the complimentary coffee while they service your vehicle.read more
