Now everyone is vaccinated and follows the guidelines then why 5 people in the bank at a time. Just wasting time of... people in business hours waiting in the unwanted queue. No other bank does this. Branch manager should reconsider his decision. They didn't have cash for 1 million even.read more

Lazy and big headed front line staff.Went to activate internet banking for my account and the lazy girl on her mobile... phone asked me to go to head office as my account is held there..I took all my money out and left the account with a nil balance.Staff needs to be trained on professionalism and politeness.Will not visit ever and will not recommend ever as well.read more

My friend tried to open a Savings Account in this branch due to his workplace is near. But the staff informed him to... open an account in Moratuwa Branch because of his identity card address. What the hell they're doing?? Laziness to open an account??read more

I had some fixed deposits with them and putting and getting back them was happened without any hassle for me. I just... wait at the seat while they done all the things and given me cash. Nice staff and calm environment inside. Parking is the only problem at this place.read more
