Description
Wimaladharma & Sons as aforesaid is one of the oldest and most reliable watch shops in Sri Lanka, which has been dealing with the most reliable Japanese brands like Seiko, Citizen and Casio in the early stages. Thereafter, Wimaladharma & Sons started evolving to the new era of watch industry along with the infra structure development of the country during the postcivil war period of Sri Lanka.
Wimaladharma & sons started expanding the retail brands from 10 brands to 35 watch brands which is the highest by any retailer in Sri Lanka and thus, Wimaladharma & Sons moved its focus to Swiss and designer brands and has earned a name as Sri Lanka’s one stop watch station with the largest watch experience center in the heart of Colombo.
As per the latest initiative Wimaladharma & Sons is moving towards the addition of Luxury Swiss brands to their portfolio and is making plans to have a dedicated section for Luxury Swiss watches.

Very good place to have a coffee with their cakes and sandwich. Their cheesecakes are the best. Only few tables for... dining but you can always find a seat as per my experience. Friendly service by all the staff. Sometimes parking is bit of a problem as it is located together with other shops. Ideal to have a chat with a coffee without any rush but not good enough if you want to spend a longer period for like working as this location is bit smaller compared to other Java lounges. There is one outdoor table but not practical as it is right at the entrance unless you want to smoke while having your coffee.read more

Worse place to get your watch repaired. Day light robbery I’d say.Handed over my watch in mid 2019 for a simple repair... (job number 1312). Kept calling and visiting them multiple times but they kept on saying that the part has not arrived and always kept saying that they’ll update in a week but was never updated. When i called last week they said they’ll check and call back. Received a call the same day saying the parts are not available (after 2 years) and that if needed the watch can be collected. I visited today to collect and first they say that to come back later and they’ll update on a pick up date. When i said that they informed that the watch cannot be repaired and wanted me to collect it, the lady went in and brought it out and said that i need to pay 5,250/- to collect it. When inquired why specially when nothing was done to it (not even cleaned from the outside) she said that a service was conducted and on it. When asked why i she said that the watch was not working. Obviously it wouldn’t work when the idiot keep it for 2 years without doing anything. I tried justifying this but they don’t seem to care. When asked why consent was not taken to do the service they were dumbstruck with no answer. Was not worth arguing on this and i paid the amount and bought the watch with a decision that i would never visit this place again and would discourage anyone that i know of who would go to this place for anything.read more
