Went for a malt whiskey tasting. A super place with a very relaxed and quality atmosphere.

They didn't let us take ANY pics ANYWHERE at the hotel and we were quite perplexed, they said it was a company policy... which is quite bs. We are paying money to dine there and taking a pic to remember the day and meal should be a necessity. We respectfully left the place and cancelled the reservation as it didn't meet our demands.Our car was double parked so until the person came we took a small video outside using our phones, they came running and shouted at us with foul language. We couldn't even leave because the car was double parked.When I checked their Instagram pages and even google itself , I saw plenty of photos of the place taken by the guests and I was like did this only apply to ME. Like the whole reason why we visit a "fine dining" place is for the experience and for the aesthetic.I have never been told we cannot take pictures at a venue before and quite frankly no one in the review section seems to have this issue too and I'm quite baffled by this.DEAR MANAGEMENT, what's going on, why were we told to leave ? And honestly if you had at least one legitimate reason then we could have reasoned with you.Horrible experience will never visit there.read more

Lovely food. Great ambiance. Service needs to improve a bit we had to call the waiter for a long time he didn't notice... us or the ladies in the other table who were also trying to get his attention. Plus waited for water 4 long time after that. Otherwise food was excellent.read more

Just love this place ! one of my few favourite places in colombo. The food here is just amazing and highly recommended.
