We visited this hotel at the end of September 2021 for our honeymoon. In fact we had to stay there since they refused... to refund our advance on the wedding function which we had to cancel due to the lockdown caused by the pandemic. The only thing we liked in the hotel is the infinity pool and mainly because of the reasons below we give it a poor rating. Basically, there is nothing good other than the pool.- In the first place when we asked for the refund, the way the manager spoke was unprofessional. This was very bad and manager and the owner were not flexible at all specially considering the situation.- The room (suite) didn’t have tea and coffee which is basic in a hotel room. If a guest needs tea/coffee should be ordered separately and it is billed separately which is ridiculous. They don’t ask how much sugar we take, just make a tea in their preference. The first day it was cold also. It didn’t taste like it was made in fresh milk, it tasted like milk powder. One day we picked “Milk” instead of “tea”, and the next morning they still served the same tea.- The menu is limited, even a roadside food stall would have more options than that. The menu was printed on a A4 paper which was torn as if it is old 10-15 years- No welcome drink- Room didn’t look clean enough and maintained enough. No PEST control, there were different insects including cockroaches- Night stands surface was white and it has black marks which looked disgusting- Nothing special for a honeymoon couple- Bathroom had only a soap, no shampoo/shower gel/brush nothing (it is good that we already brought our stuff with us)- There were only white bed sheets that would normally be on a bed, there were no additional comfy blankets that a hotel would normally provide, no colour pillows, no room decor, and the sofa looked very old. When we asked for extra blankets, we got the same white ones and one of them was smelling very bad as if it was not properly dried. Wondering whether they have a dryer.- Balcony wasn’t clean enoughBasically it is not cleaned and maintained and this was our worst stay in a place. We would have gone somewhere nice for our honeymoon but we had to stay in this place since they weren’t human enough to consider our situation. There wasn’t that beauty as we had heard.read more

Comfortable and clean rooms.Very nice view.Pleasant staff.Food was quite good.Definitely worth the money paid.
