We had a 1 night stopover here before seeing Sigiriya. The staff were so unbelievably warm and friendly, the place had... a wonderful peaceful, tranquil vibe of being in the Sri Lankan bush listening to sounds of nature in the evening and nothing else. And the room was one of the best we experienced in Sri Lanka (and we stayed in several 5 star hotels). The bed was most comfortable on our trip, and the large jet bath was immensely soothing and a real plus. Would absolutely recommend.read more

The rooms are spacious, very clean and tidy with direct access to the sea. With the splendid view of the sea it felt like that we are sleeping next to the sea. They have an infinity pool which gave us a relaxing and cherished feeling. The maintenance of the hotel premises with greenery all around even during this pandemic period is highly appreciated. The food is top-notch with personalized touch. Compliments to the chef .We highly recommend Uga Bay for your next stay with its calm and relaxing atmosphere.read more
