Too expensive... But food is high quality. Highly recommended if you want the best but doesn't worry about the price.

Super flower garden cafe with view on the plains and ella's rock. Perfect for a break before or After little Adams... Peak.You even can but some souvenirs cactus and flowers to bring back to your guest house !read more

We were there before new year time. Atmosphere is ok but their service and foods are very poor, Same foods repeating in... every meal and no collection , No room service even informed to clean the rooms no body attend for it within that two days. Highly not recommend to stay place like this. It’s better to stay private staying places and having meal from outsideread more

I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. I was informed it was full board but never mentioned it was set... menu. We only knew this when we sat to eat and even the set menu was terrible. First time in my life I got egg rice and some chicken and few things at somewhat of a recognized hotel. Yes, I understand that it was a discounted price but giving such cheap meals is not the way of making up for it. I have stayed in many local hotels and this was one of the worst experiences I had. Staff were polite but the service was absolutely rubbish. There was one guy running around to take orders and he was like a headless chicken. We had to wait for almost 30 to 40 minutes for the food to come, I felt bad cause I scolded him which is not his fault but the hotel should have had more staff when there was 13 rooms booked over the weekend. Also, I think its not worth even paying the discounted price for this hotel. It needs to really get its act together. I mainly write this to the top management of the hotel. Even the pics of the rooms are deceiving. It doesn't look big as we see on the pictures so better sort that out as well. This is for your kind consideration cause I really don't want someone else going and getting mad when you actually come to chill and have a good time.read more

We turned up to the property for the hotel manager to say that the suite we were booked into had a drainage problem so... we'd been downgraded to a different room. They had tried to overcharge us for this without reducing the rate in line with the room offered.We were shown to the rooms and something didn't look right as there was spare furnishings such as sofas etc lying around in the corridor. One of the rooms allocated also had a shoe rack outside the door which was full. As we entered the room we were greeted by the most awful stench and very humid conditions to which the hotel worker frantically opened the balcony door. We enter the bathroom and noticed that the bathmat is dirty with footprint marks present and we report this to hotel worker. His response is its ok and he leaves this as it is.It turns out that the rooms we had been allocated to were for the on site workers who used these rooms during the construction work that's taking on at the moment. We complained to the property manager who manages to magic one spare refurbished double room out of somewhere but isn't able to move the other one. We decided to check out of the hotel within an hour due to the conditions, the first time we've ever had to do this. Highly wouldn't recommend booking this hotel.read more
