This place is calm and quiet with lots of greenery. There are no strict check-in and check-out times. The room had hot... water, air-conditioning but satellite TV was not available. We had dinner and it was terrible, hence went outside on following day. Cleanliness is not good, especially in bathrooms. It seems like this place is not properly maintained, maybe due to a lack of guests during the pandemic. Overall we had an average experience.read more

As the good things, the staff is friendly and the food is ok. No checking time. Give a call before you go they will... arrange the room at anytime. There were lot of good reviews of this place and some videos also. so i booked this place without doubts. Can give 1 out of 10 for the cleanliness. Washrooms were not cleaned in months. Cob webs all over the roof. Satellite tv not available (disconnected). Cannot watch tv Unclear channels. Dead battery in ac remote.stucked at low temp at middle of the night. Towels looked dirty so i avoid using them. Bed was very uncomfortable with a form mettress. had to wakeup several times cus of its noises. no blankets provided. Lack of room privacy since the all Curtains are see through. Before i book this place i checked on the internet. they say it will take 10 mins to go to anuradhapura town( sacred city) but trust me, to go there in 10mins you have to drive over 100kmph. It Cost me 4000 for a double room which is very affordable. But later when im driving through the city i saw many good places for same amount. This is the situation of april 2021. This will be a good place if it runs under a good management.hope this is useful for the management and customers.read more
